Four absolute banging designs for the final heat round of the year, First contender is Hand Brew Co https://www.handbrewco.shop/ a veteran of the Battle of the Beer Mats another stunning design with their brightly coloured bird illustration. Taking up number two spot is the quirky design from The Wonky Donkey Micro Pub https://www.facebook.com/p/The-Wonky-Donkey-Micro-Pub-100057257717321/ any mat with a donkey's bottom on has to make the cut right? We loved the very arty Apple design from Aeble https://aeble.co.uk/?srsltid=AfmBOooEEWtX2dx_3J0A8he7zCpDNW3u8VWs08dr5WKZkNJLoyxWQvKu that promotes their Cider club. Following up the rear in 4th spot, we had to feature the very festive design from the guys over at Craft Brew Festival https://craftbrewfestival.co.uk/. Who gets the last place in the grand final? Octobers battle is a corker, straight from the off we have the brightly coloured design from https://www.lotemgraphics.co.uk/ we loved the wicked illustrations and the high energy vibes from this beer mat. Second spot is a very quirky wedding beer mat from https://www.instagram.com/ltoast/ and “No crotch shots please” on the reverse of this card had us in stitches. Next up we have an aggressive Octopus from https://www.microbus.pub/ how could we not feature an angry looking Octopus in orange black. Following up the rear is the psychedelic but super cool looking beer mat from https://www.viandsly.com/

This month has been a real eye opener with the realisation that we only have three more heat rounds to go until the final! Another first for BOTB we’ve had so many cool designs ordered this month Nathan and Charlie couldn’t decide who made the cut, after a heated discussion we finally decided. (Nathan just did what Charlie told him) First up we have https://www.tapstone.co.uk/ another on trend beer mat design in stunning black and white. We loved what https://www.refurb-hub.com/ do on their social media and loved that they were utilising the benefits of advertising on beermats for their business. Next up we have https://www.urbanchickenale.co.uk/, come on what’s not to like, wicked logo, wicked name, cock a doodle do vote for them! Following up the rear we have the super cool illustrations from https://www.anthonyoram.com/ we loved his beer mat design and all his other artwork on his Instagram page.

Here we go! August battle is here and what a battle we have. It seems current fashion in the beer mat world is delicious rich blacks and vibrant yellows and whites. First up we have the simple yet effective typewriter style font design from https://www.instagram.com/aworkinprogress.uk/. Number two spot belongs to collaboration between https://www.instagram.com/planetwaxuk/ and https://www.instagram.com/deyabrewery/ we loved the illustration and the great use of yellow and black. Number three is the no messing about, we’ve got information and we’re gonna tell you beer mat from https://www.instagram.com/billericaybrew/ nice bold font, love it. Sometimes keeping it simply makes the biggest statement. The clean use of black and white with bold font on one side and script font the other is stunning from https://www.instagram.com/drinknewtheory/ in the Number 4 spot.

Here we go! July already. An Olympic sized battle this month! First contestant is https://faberrestaurants.co.uk/ an elegant and simple design that we absolutely loved. Number two is an awesome collaboration with https://www.shinybrewing.com/ and prideinbelper in belper the really vibrant colours reproduced excellently on beer mat material, and it’s for a good cause. We had to feature number 3 https://www.instagram.com/tinyduckuk/ our Marketing Manager Nathan has a thing for a rubber duck (Don’t ask) really cool idea and love their social media posts. Holding up the rear in the number 4 spot is https://fiercebeer.com/ we loved the retro chic feel to this mat and thought they looked super cool
