Once your mats are ready we will despatch them using one of our handpicked professional courier services. And for all UK Mainland online purchases, this is absolutely FREE. For orders not placed online delivery details/costs will be included in your quotation.
Need your mats by a specific time, no problem. Please just let us know and we will arrange a timed delivery for a small additional charge. A timed delivery can only be arranged through one of our helpful sales team so please contact them on 01536 312800 or email@example.com to place your order through them.
If you require a delivery outside the UK we can sort this too. International deliveries can get a little more tricky but nothing we can’t and probably haven’t dealt with before so just contact our sales team and they will handle it for you. All international deliveries are priced on an individual basis. We only use International Carriers for this service.
Where possible we will supply you with a tracking number for your parcel so you can track or make changes to your delivery through the Courier’s own website.
For all online orders placed and paid for before 3.00pm on a Monday, we aim to despatch your mats on an overnight Courier service on the Thursday of the same week. For non-online orders, delivery deadlines will be discussed at the time of placing your order with one of the Sales team.
All deliveries are carried out by Couriers that have been chosen by us. These Couriers are usually extremely reliable but sometimes your delivery may be delayed. If this happens please call us on 01536 312800 and we will try our very best to rectify the problem.
Mosaic does not take any responsibility for deliveries which turn up late or damaged as this is out of our control. We will, however, help where possible and relay as much information back to you in relation to the delivery.
Whilst every endeavour will be taken to achieve delivery deadlines Mosaic cannot guarantee them and do not take responsibility for late or missed deliveries.
