Can I have my mats printed on both sides?
Yes, you can. You can have the same image or a different image each side for no extra cost.
What size are the standard beermats?
The standard square or round Beermats are 94mm.
How thick are the beermats?
All online orders are printed directly onto 1.2mm thick board. We also print onto 1.4mm board, please contact the sales team for more info.
Once your mats are ready we will despatch them using one of our handpicked professional courier services. And for all UK Mainland online purchases this is absolutely FREE. For orders not placed online delivery details/costs will be included in your quotation.
For all online orders placed and paid for before 3pm on a Monday we aim to despatch your mats on an overnight Courier service on the Thursday of the same week. For non-online orders delivery deadlines will be discussed at the time of placing your order with one of the Sales Team. PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY DEADLINES WILL CHANGE FOR BANK HOLIDAYS. All deliveries are carried out by Couriers that have been chosen by us. These Couriers are usually extremely reliable but sometimes your delivery may be delayed. If this happens please call us on 01536 312800 and we will try our vey best to rectify the problem.
Mosaic do not take any responsibility for deliveries which turn up late or damaged as this is out of our control. We will however help where possible and relay as much information back to you in relation to the delivery. Whilst every endeavour will be taken to achieve delivery deadlines Mosaic can not guarantee them and do not take responsibility for late or missed deliveries. Following Her Majesty’s Government and The Prime Minister Boris Johnson's statement and guidelines all Mosaic Production staff were sent home with effect from 4.30 PM 24th March 2020 until further notice.
The offices are now closed and no calls will be answered.
All short run multis are suspended until further notice.
All finished work produced will be invoiced and stored.
All current orders have been placed on hold until further notice.
Mosaic Account handlers are currently working remotely to update customers on any projects and work in progress however with effect of Wednesday 01/04/2020 they will have completed this exercise and will not be available until further notice. You will be notified when this situation changes.
Our Accounts Staff will continue to work remotely during this period of enforced closure. In order to assist them and indeed yourselves could you ensure any communications, in particular invoices and statements, are emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Customer remittance advices should also be sent to email@example.com electronically and from now on BACS payments only will be accepted.
